Humanity thrives on the richness of stories, the diversity of topics, and the depth of emotions shared among us. This is how we grow more empathetically empowered, together. Rest assured, your responses are safe with us – they'll never be sold, shared with another company, or used without your explicit consent. Our mission? To cultivate understanding from the voices of as many people as possible. This collective insight propels us, as a compassionate community, to take meaningful actions that make our world a better place.
Below, you'll find a selection of topics that have piqued our curiosity and where we're eagerly collecting stories. Think of these as just the beginning of a vast 'empathy iceberg.' We're excited to have you join us on this journey towards greater compassion, deeper connection, and more collaborative action.
Current Research Efforts
Knowledge is power, and empathetic power has the opportunity to solve complex problems, spur cultural (r)evolutions, and make individuals feel seen, heard, and cared for. This is why we research life through the lens of empathy. We will share research insights once we have a statistically significant data set. Thank you for participating!
Bad Boss Survey
A focused effort by Empathy Lab + Bad Boss Club, we’re on a mission to uncover and understand the behaviors that create bad bosses, toxic workplaces, and poor leadership. But this isn’t just about pointing fingers—it’s about creating space for honest, empathetic conversations that empower people to thrive, even within broken systems.
Three questions, completely anonymous, please share your story!
